• Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet: Connect your TV or Firestick via Ethernet cable or connect to the 5GHz frequency of your router.
• Restart Your Router & Device: Power cycle your internet modem/router and streaming box to clear local DNS caches.
• Increase Buffer Size in App Settings: In apps like TiviMate or Smarters, change the stream buffer size from "Small" to "Large" (3-5 seconds).

2. Bypassing ISP Throttling

Some US broadband providers throttle streaming video bandwidth during primetime hours or live sports matches. Enabling a secure VPN (such as ExpressVPN or NordVPN) encrypts your streaming packets, instantly restoring full speeds.

3. Fixing "Invalid Credentials" or Playlist Load Errors

Double-check that there are no accidental spaces before or after your username and password. Ensure that the Server URL is copied exactly as provided by our support team without trailing slashes.
